As a Security Professional - Armed Bank Patrol in New Braunfels, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .
As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment within a financial institution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help discourage unwanted activity, and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. You will interact with employees, visitors, and clients, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. This position requires you to carry a firearm as part of your duties, and you will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and innovation. By working collaboratively with your team, you will contribute to a caring culture that puts people first and delivers outstanding service to everyone at the location.

What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas within the financial institution to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and activities during each shift.
Interact with employees, visitors, and/or customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance as needed.
Remain alert and prepared to respond to emergencies or unusual situations, following established protocols and procedures.
Carry and maintain control of assigned firearms and related equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies and applicable laws.

Minimum Requirements:
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
