Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in our fast-paced recruiting organization, working closely with a team of recruiters.

This position is key in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression.

The ideal candidate is an organizational guru who works effectively with both internal and external clients and candidates.

They must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a talented organization.

Responsibilities

Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.

Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.

Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.

Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.

Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.

Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.

Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Required Skills

3-5+ year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.

Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Bachelor's degree.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in San Francisco.

The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability to changing situations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
