Job Summary and Qualifications

As Administrative Coordinator Support Services you will be Managing Kronos and all-time keeping responsibilities. The coordinator is accountable for the collection, completion, and verification of the accuracy of all data and information collected. The coordinator creates and maintains clinical data, employee files, and abstracts various data elements required by designation and governing agencies

You will identify and communicate charge errors.

You will facilitate HealthStream for clinical staff.

You will accurately compile contract labor report and enter contract labor hours for assigned departments.

You will prepare time and attendance reports and supports staffing and scheduling.

You will serve as a resource to the staff.

You will review weekly billing statements from contracted agencies and make corrections within one week and then follow up to confirm correction.

You will verify licenses of regular and contract nurses with the Texas Board of Nursing.

You will prepare and maintain employee files for new hires, current, and existing employees.

You will assist personnel with questions concerning personnel policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, attendance and scheduling.

What qualifications you will need:

Experience

1 year of experience in an office setting

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Prior experience in office management, hospital setting, contract experience, and medical record auditing - preferred

Education

High school graduate or equivalent
