H Wire Harness Assembler - Entry Level

Location: Centennial, CO

Contract-to-Hire | On-Site | $22-$27/hr Depending on Experience

About the Opportunity

We are seeking Wire Harness Assemblers to join a growing team in a new manufacturing facility in Centennial, CO. This is a contract-to-hire role with long-term potential in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. If you have a passion for hands-on work and experience in assembly, wiring, or electronics, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Assemble wire harnesses and components per detailed instructions and blueprints

Verify traveler documentation for accuracy (part numbers, revisions, quantities)

Inspect materials for damage or defects

Cut, de-jacket, and strip cables

Load connectors, apply labels, and heat shrink

Use assembly boards and sign off on completed work orders

Package materials safely and maintain proper identification

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety protocols and report hazards

Must-Have Skills

Assembly experience (electronic/electrical preferred)

Crimping, soldering, and wiring skills

Familiarity with IPC 620 standards

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

Proficient with hand tools and measuring equipment

Nice-to-Have Skills

Aerospace or aviation experience

Cable assembly and mechanical assembly

Experience with labeling and schematic interpretation

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
