Description

We are looking for a meticulous part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Middle River, Maryland. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting data management, customer service, and administrative processes within the energy and natural resources industry specifically creating and maintaining reports in MS Excel and internal CRM. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment while developing your organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Enter and update alphanumeric data accurately into systems and databases.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Maintain and organize records to ensure accessibility and compliance.

Perform filing tasks and manage documentation efficiently.

Utilize Excel to analyze, track, and report data.

Collaborate with call center teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Monitor and maintain data integrity and quality in all processes.

Support administrative tasks as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong customer service skills, preferably with call center or CSR experience.

Proficiency in Excel advanced and other data management tools.

Ability to maintain organized records and documentation.

Familiarity with filing systems and records maintenance.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Previous experience in administrative support roles is a plus.

Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
