Title: Administrative Assistant (CVP Support)

Location: 5 days onsite, Mountain View, CA (Mountain View campus)

Duration: 9 Months (yes, expected to be a full 18-months contract if the budget is approvaed)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, no OT

Pay Rate Range: $25 to $29

Candidate Requirements

Experience: 4+ years in admin support (large tech company experience preferred)

Education: Bachelor's degree expected

Disqualifiers:

Frequent job changes

Lack of tenure

No on-site or remote team support experience

Performance Indicators

Responsiveness and proactive problem-solving

Ability to operate in ambiguity

Strong event and calendar management

Positive feedback from CVP and team

Responsibilities

Manage CVP's calendar and prioritize strategically

Build relationships with leadership team and stakeholders

Provide actionable insights for decision-making

Identify and improve business processes

Coordinate travel logistics and expense reporting

Partner with site-based and Redmond-based admins for business rhythm alignment

Review/approve expense reports

Participate in recurring admin meetings

Support special assignments and projects

Qualifications

6+ years in administrative roles, including 2+ years supporting executives/directors in fast-paced environments

Experience with global teams and working through ambiguity

Skills in budget management, event planning, calendaring, and business operations

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams)

Ability to anticipate needs, make independent decisions, and handle sensitive information with discretion

Comfortable under pressure and adaptable to change

Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams

Top 3 Hard Skills Required

Calendar Support: 4+ years (preferably supporting senior leaders, CVP level)

Remote Team Support: 4+ years supporting distributed teams across regions

Event Planning (In-Person): 4+ years organizing morale events and office logistics
