Join Our Team at Tables And Taps in Mill Creek, PA!

Position: Cook (Full-Time) Location: Mill Creek, PA

Are you a passionate, creative cook ready to grow with a new, exciting venture? Tables And Taps is now open, and we're looking for a talented cook to help us maintain and expand a unique dining experience.

As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:

Execute a locally sourced menu, focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients that highlight the best of the region

Be part of an exciting, fun-loving atmosphere with live music, frequent events, and food and drink specials

Work alongside a highly driven team eager to make our business a local favorite

We are looking for someone who:

Is creative, energetic, and passionate about food

Has a strong commitment to using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices

Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Is ready to help build our brand and overall culinary vision

Wants to grow with a new business and be part of something special

Has previous experience in a kitchen leadership role (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.

Manage inventory and control food costs while maintaining quality.

Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Plan and execute menus, including special events and banquets.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all kitchen activities.

Collaborate with management to enhance dining experiences and customer satisfaction.

Salary: DOE (depends on experience)
