A day in the role...

· Majority of responsibility will be entering information into patient charts.

· Going through the paper charts, abstracting the information and putting into the patients chart in Medconnect.

· Supports other members of the clinical care team, assuring optimal best-practice patient flow; manages variable and unpredictable patient volume throughout the workday.

· Conducts surveillance for transitions of care, urgent/emergent care, or follow up tasks such as retrieval of documents associated with referrals/testing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
