Work you'll do

As a Project Delivery Specialist in the GPS HST Technology group, you will:

Support Implementation and Operations Management best practices while taking ownership of tasks and/or project workstreams and guiding more junior professionals

Support and/or lead workstreams on engagements related, but not limited, to Systems Implementation, Operations & Maintenance, Helpdesk Operations and Software Application Development & Maintenance

Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy

Demonstrate an understanding of the client environment and overall project scope

Qualifications

Required:

Current state public assistance system experience that supports eligibility and benefits determination and case management

Experience supporting State client(s) in one or more of the following areas: eligibility determination, benefits calculation, benefits issuance, and/or information management.

Ability to travel 0 - 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Must be local to Sacramento, CA

Preferred:

Ability to manage small-mid size engagements or work streams and multiple team members with confidence

Bachelor's degree

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,750 to $171,250

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
