Process Delivery Specialist - Marketing Operations

CTG is seeking to fill a Process Delivery Specialist - Marketing Operations opening for our client in San Antonio, TX.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute digital marketing initiatives across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

Assist in designing campaign journeys, including criteria selection, channel mix determination, and reporting setup.

Ensure campaigns are executed using best practices for creative marketing automation and direct marketing methodologies.

Establish and maintain quality assurance procedures to support efficient and accurate campaign delivery.

Support wrap-up analysis reporting and leverage campaign analytics to generate actionable insights and continuous improvements.

Contribute to optimization programs by sharing new ideas and best practices across marketing operations.

Utilize specialized skills in marketing automation tools and apply scripting knowledge to build and execute campaigns.

Skills:

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign execution, and automation processes.

Proficiency in at least one marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, etc.).

Knowledge of scripting languages used for campaign building and automation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign results and optimize future performance.

Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital campaign execution, or related fields.

Hands-on experience managing campaigns within a marketing automation tool.

Proven track record of driving campaign performance through analytics and optimization.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
