Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities

Unload and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with purchase orders.

Verify and record the quantity and quality of received goods in the inventory management system.

Prepare and pack outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and handling.

Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of all outgoing shipments, including tracking information and delivery confirmation.

Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock levels.

Assist in managing inventory locations, organizing stock, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment.

Report inventory discrepancies or issues to the supervisor and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Maintain detailed records of shipping and receiving transactions, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.

Generate and submit reports on shipping and receiving activities, inventory levels, and any issues encountered.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Essential Skills

Previous warehouse experience.

Ability to navigate a computer system with basic functions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

General labor skills.

Experience with cleaning and janitorial tasks.

Knowledge in packaging and sanitizing.

General production skills.

Work Environment

1st shift: 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Work in a warehouse setting with a computer/shipping station and racking. The facility has bay doors for inbound and outbound shipments and is not temperature-controlled but is fairly clean. Dress code includes steel-toed boots, safety glasses, pants, and a t-shirt.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.51 - $24.68/hr.
