our technical support team. This individual will be able to manage the
client relationship from initial concern through complete resolution.

solutions company based in Door County, Wisconsin, providing a range of
IT products and services for residential and business clients. The Tech
Wizard will listen carefully to customer concerns, complaints, and
inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner. Wizard will
discern customer needs, and prioritize and plan the resolution path.
Wizard will resolve issues in a timely manner or if appropriate elevate
tickets to the next level of tech support. Wizard must also be able to
explain technical aspects to customers using easy-to-understand
language. Wizard will pay attention to appropriate upsell opportunities
for client and present in a comfortable, professional manner in an
effort to improve customer\'s technology experience. Duties include:
Troubleshooting and diagnosing client devices (computers, tablets,
phones) Answering calls and scheduling appointments Using internal
ticketing system to document work and repairs Accurate and comprehensive
time tracking of all work Computer Repair Printer troubleshooting
Engaging with clients in a patient and thoughtful manner Technology
Tutoring Remote IT Support VoIP Provisioning & Support Answer user
inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve
problems. Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer
diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical
assistance and support. Refer major hardware or software problems or
defective products to vendors or technicians for service. Enter commands
and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect
errors. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions,
problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities. Install
and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral
equipment, following design or installation specifications. Prepare
evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or
upgrades. Confer with staff, users, and management to establish
requirements for new systems or modifications. Inspect equipment and
read order sheets to prepare for delivery to users. ** OTHER
