The Role: As a Replenishment Manager, you will manage all aspects of Supply Chain and Inventory for your clients. This role utilizes multiple data sources and works at a granular level to create inventory efficiencies for our client and Target Partners. As Replenishment Manager/Data Analyst: Manage day-to-day execution across Target channels, partnering with clients and Target teams to ensure optimal in-stock levels, DC/store inventory health, and supply chain compliance. Oversee short and long-lead import goods, developing end-to-end replenishment strategies that align forecast accuracy, order cadence, and flow to minimize delays and prevent inventory imbalances. Analyze seasonal demand trends by item/fine-line to recommend replenishment system settings and inventory adjustments, driving improved Target in-stock and service level scores. Produce weekly reporting and root-cause analyses with corrective action plans, enabling proactive resolution of replenishment risks. Anticipate planogram transitions (new item adds, deletes, store count changes) with tailored inventory strategies to support flawless resets. Play a key role in Line Reviews and Client Strategy meetings, providing replenishment insights and supply chain recommendations. Leverage a working knowledge of Excel to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasets with accuracy. Utilize advanced formulas, functions, and complex pivot tables to analyze and create event recaps, endcap tracking, category deep dives and regular reporting Build tools and streamline processes to adapt to evolving industry and client needs. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Collaboration with clients and business partners (BDM's, Client Replenishment, Logistics, etc.) The Replenishment Manager works directly with the client replenishment to manage instock levels, Store/DC inventory, forecasts, MABD/Fill Rate compliance. Educates suppliers, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices. Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective Additional responsibilities include: seasonal profile analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations. Weekly replenishment reporting The Replenishment Manager is responsible for providing the client with Weekly Reporting as well as identifying concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns. Ad Hoc requests and projects The Replenishment Manager is responsible for assisting the client replenishment with ad hoc requests and projects such as client form completion/compliance, new item setup, lead time audits, meeting preparations. This position will assist in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry.
