Our Family Health Center Rehab is a multidisciplinary clinic that provides a wide variety of PT, OT, CHT, and SLP services for patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and chronic pain conditions. Description A clinically competent Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for planning, assessing, interpreting and implementing treatment programs according to the need of age specific categories of patients and as medically prescribed for our inpatient and/or outpatient patients.
