What awaits you:

Compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Fill production log sheet/written records as directed

Regular independent learning

Regular maintenance of machinery and equipment as part of the maintenance and repair plans

Report deviations from the normal production process (machine faults, tool malfunctions, material problems, etc...)

Report quality defects

I nspection of the parts in accordance with the worker -inspection plan or according to instruction before packing

Packaging of products in accordance with instructions

As part of TPM, maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace at all times

Production experience, ideally in a company in the plastics packaging industry

Good understanding of technical processes

Good knowledge of operating supplies

Willingness to work in shifts

Willingness to follow training in order to become machine operator and Plant/installations operator

Readiness for self development in the field of plastics processing

Physical Requirements

Able to lift 35 pounds

Walking and standing for long periods (at least 8 hours)

Moving fuel tanks in and out of stations for 8 hours

Operating Lift assist (moving around larger pieces of equipment)

Using hand tools / hammer @type tools

Bending down to pick up and move fuel tanks for 1 hour period (WIP loading / unloading)

Working around large equipment

Dexterity (frequent use of 1 or 2 hands for tasks involving fingering, gripping and manipulation)

Ability to work flexible hours and overtime.

Ability to operate pallet jack (powered)

Bending and lifting materials 5-10 times in a row
