Join our Company's Animal Health's dynamic Technology Design & Customer Interface team for an engaging 6-month Co-Op experience. We are seeking a motivated junior or senior student to contribute to innovative projects that blend technology, data, and customer engagement. This Co-Op offers hands-on exposure to data analysis, data visualization tools, and the coordination of meetings and events that drive our business initiatives forward. As a Co-op, you will be a valued member of the Technology Design & Customer Interface team, working collaboratively on initiatives that impact both internal stakeholders and external clients. The program is designed to strengthen your analytical skills, creativity, and professional presence while providing practical experience in a leading, global animal health organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Using data visualization tools to communicate findings and support decision-making.
Organizing and supporting team meetings and events to ensure collaboration and efficiency.
Primary Activities:
Maintain and update key data sets to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
Create visually compelling presentations for internal and external audiences.
Support the planning, logistics, and execution of team meetings and events.
Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries to be shared with stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and initiatives.
Education
Must be a junior or senior standing in a Business, Marketing, or Communication major.
Required Experience and Skills:
Must have a positive attitude and intellectual curiosity, with a drive to learn and grow.
Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Must have the ability to thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments.
Must have experience with data analytics and data visualization tools such as MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
