Looking for a ground-floor opportunity with huge upside? This is it.

We're partnering with a fast-growing distribution start-up in Greer, SC led by an entrepreneur with a proven track record of building successful businesses. The new Accounting Manager will be the right hand to the CFO and play a key role in shaping the company's growth.

?? What You'll Do

Own and lead month-end close

Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO on growth, planning & M& A

Design and implement scalable accounting processes as the company expands

?? What We're Looking For

Strong general ledger accounting background

Independent, self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments

Well-tenured professional ready to be a true business partner

?? Compensation

Up to $120k base + Bonus

Big growth potential

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA a plus)

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including GL and month-end close

Prior experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or start-up environment preferred

Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls

Strong Excel skills; ERP implementation experience a plus

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills to serve as a true business partner to the CFO and leadership team
