Responsibilities:
Provide inventory management, including forecasting, production planning, PO creation and receipt and monthly inventory reconciliation for various Company clients.
Monitor and recommend stock levels for clients of critical components.
Work with various business partners to continuously optimize inventory plans to maximize operational efficiency.
Maintain records for inventory accuracy trends, inventory reconciliations, and inventory audit.
Develop and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and report on them weekly/monthly.
Assists in the development of cost-saving measures through the improvement process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
4-6 Years of experience in Supply chain, logistics inventory, project management or trade management
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Analytical and Research Skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment
Ability to Gather Data, Compile Information, & Prepare Reports

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Supply Chain Process
Provide inventory management, including forecasting, production planning, PO creation and receipt and monthly inventory reconciliation for various Company clients
Monitor and recommend stock levels for clients of critical components
Gap analysis on developing, implementing, and monitoring on key functions related to supply chain
Monitor and report on excess to inventory levels and execute plans to reduce those materials level
Ensure order compliance on deliveries, develop contingencies and support issue resolution on short orders or missed deliveries
Work with various business partners to continuously optimize inventory plans to maximize operational efficiency
Audits
Maintain records for inventory accuracy trends, inventory reconciliations, and inventory audit.
Work closely with the "Quality Control" team within the warehouse and will make adjustment as necessary.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting
Develop and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and report on them weekly / monthly.
Assists in the development of cost saving measures through the improvement process
Lead RFP and Contract renewal process with 3rd party suppliers within Cross Border Brokerage services, Transportation and Warehousing services
Other
Support new client onboarding requirements, to ensure effective and efficient process to Company Managed Services

Education Level:
(Required): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
4-6 Years of experience in Supply chain, logistics inventory, project management or trade management
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines
Analytical and research Skills
Ability to exercise sound judgment
Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
