Job Title: Sr Spec, Supply Chain Project Mgmt

Job Location: Plamo, TX or Palm Bay, FL

Job Schedule: 9/80; Every other Friday off

Job Description:

The Supply Chain Performance Management team is a highly visible group that is focused on measuring, analyzing and improving the operational effectiveness of the supply chain in our dynamic organization. This transformative hybrid role combines analytical expertise with project leadership skills to drive performance improvements, enhance supply chain visibility, and deliver strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, track and maintain KPIs and other metrics

Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement

Build and maintain performance reports and tools

Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices

Conduct root cause analysis and develop and oversee corrective action implementation

Build and support scenario modeling and what-if analysis to guide decision making

Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma or Agile project management to streamline supply chain processes

Monitor project progress, risks, deliverables and escalate issues and propose solutions

Document lessons learned and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain

Drive standardization and best practices across the Segment

Monitor and report on supply chain performance against targets and benchmarks

Support the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and mitigate risks

Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain projects, from initiation to execution and post implementation review

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field and 6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, performance management or project management or Graduate degree and 4 years of experince. In lieu of a degree, must have 10 years or prior related experience.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI)

Demonstrated project management experience with cross-functional teams

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices

Preferred:

Master's degree or MBA in Supply Chain / Operations or related

Professional certifications: Six Sigma GreenBelt / Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional

Experience in automation, supply chain analytics or advanced analytics
