Description

Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our client's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while providing excellent support to the team.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and courtesy

Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests

Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and documentation

Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately

Maintain customer records and update databases

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements

Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
