The Opportunity
The Finance Analyst produces key daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting on the Auto Business for senior leadership, leveraging business and technology acumen to source the necessary inputs. In addition to cyclical responsibilities, this role will also frequently deliver ad hoc analysis of the Auto Business at a moment's notice requiring critical thinking, creativity, attention to detail, and a keen eye for the punchline.

The Work Itself
Assist with preparation of periodic reports working with various business partners to understand and provide actionable information on their financial results (including drivers, market position, and other strategic initiatives)
Partner and collaborate with internal teams to identify and gather reporting data inputs in a streamlined and repeatable manner
Execute, maintain, and improve the production of data pertinent to the planning and analysis of various revenue, expense and balance sheet items
Support ad hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives as needed
Assist in development of a strong control environment including spreadsheet controls, continual cross training, improved organizational efficiency, and management of personal development plans
Work with business and technology partners to drive coordinated data sourcing and reporting conventions
Adapt existing processes to align with changing business needs
The Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Technology, or related field
Experience in FP&A, business analytics, Auto Finance or Financial Services preferred
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; Proficiency in Power BI and SQL a plus
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities
Ability to analyze data and use it to tell a story
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
High attention to detail required
Strong written and verbal communication skills required

An individual's position in the range is determined by the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
