As the Frontier Finance Learning Lead , you'll design and scale experiences that make technical fluency a leadership advantage. You'll partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps, curate and create content, and deliver programs that tie directly to business priorities. Responsibilities
Design and deliver learning programs that build technical fluency, AI readiness, and innovation capability across the Finance organization.
Translate complex concepts into practical , engaging experiences through blended learning formats-workshops, digital modules, and cohort programs.
Partner with stakeholders to align learning priorities with business goals , ensuring programs drive measurable impact on adoption and performance.
Curate and manage content ecosystems using modern platforms and information architecture to improve discoverability and scale delivery.
Measure and optimize program effectiveness through analytics, feedback, and performance metrics; iterate based on data to improve outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous learning by embedding resources and guidance into the flow of work and promoting curiosity across the organization.
Partner with product, engineering, and learning teams to anticipate new capabilities and release plans; lead focus groups, scenario walkthroughs, and usability tests with Finance leaders; translate findings into updated content, enablement assets, and adoption playbooks.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in program/operations management, process management, or process improvement
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of driving cross-functional programs within Finance, Finance Ops, or analytics platform teams with demonstrated ownership of metrics, ROB and change management landing at Manager+ level.
Technical fluency with Microsoft platforms used in enterprise learning and Finance scenarios, including:
Microsoft 365 and Viva (esp. Viva Learning), SharePoint content architecture, Teams delivery
Power BI or Microsoft Fabric for learning analytics and outcome dashboards
Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps) to streamline learning workflows and capture telemetry
Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and/or Azure OpenAI-able to design prompts, demos, and safe use patterns for leaders
Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
Data and measurement skills: define OKRs, instrument learning with telemetry, analyze results, and iterate based on insights.
Proven facilitation and communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing designed programs and artifacts (e.g., decks, labs, dashboards).
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology (AI, analytics, automation) into practical learning that drives measurable adoption in a business function; experience partnering with FP&A, Controllership, or Finance Ops is a plus.
Microsoft Fundamentals, Project and/or Program Management Professional, or a similar certificate
Recognized commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses)
Demonstrated ability to explore emerging technologies fluently, with a track record of identifying practical, actionable applications that inspire adoption across teams
Insatiable curiosity and a growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and experimentation in both formal and informal settings
Proven ability to operate with agility in a dynamic environment-adjusting priorities, scope, and approach quickly based on evolving business needs or direction from leadership, while maintaining clarity and stakeholder alignment.

Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
