We operate in Canada as Engineered Lifting Systems and Equipment (ELS)/DBA Gorbel Canada, and subsequent communication related to Canadian positions may show the ELS name. Work Shift:Second Shift (United States of America)Job Description:It's an exciting time to join a growing company like Gorbel!!!Shift differential on 2nd & 3rd Shift!!!Benefits:401(k), Dental insurance, Employee assistance program, Flexible spending account, Health insurance, Health savings account, Life insurance, Paid time off,Referral program, Tuition reimbursement, Vision insurance & more!!!The Manufacturing Transaction Coordinator is responsible for order processing, job transactions, and cycle counting.Responsibilities:Print job orders for distribution to the manufacturing teamIssue material for jobs in the ERP SystemComplete daily cycle counts and corresponding ERP transactionsComplete and document root cause investigation for all counts with discrepanciesWork with leadership to identify and map storage locations for existing and new componentsComplete additional reports related to production and inventory as directedCollaboration with peers in other geographical locationsAll other duties as assigned by managementQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required2 years of relevant experience preferredERP Experience preferredComputer knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other computer programsAbility to participate in data entryAbility to read a tape measureAbility to read a blueprintMust be able to communicate effectively with factory supervisionWork Environment:ADA Physical/Mental/Workplace RequirementsAble to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Able to stand (75%); walk (20%); stoop, kneel, or crouch (5%), as required.Able to climb portable laddersAble to wear safety glasses and foot protection throughout the shift.Able to wear hearing protectors (earplugs) throughout the shift while working in an environment with moderate noise levels.Gorbel is an Equal Opportunity Employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, creed, color, religion, alienage or national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, disability or handicap, gender, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, genetic information, arrest record, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state or local laws.
