Job Summary
The Sr. Partner Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for marketing and selling Comcast Business and Comcast Business Global Advanced Solutions portfolios through indirect distribution channels. Manage and maintain ongoing relationships with third-party vendors and indirect channel partners/Technology Service Distributors (TSDs). Drive revenue by ensuring Partners are positioning the Comcast Business and Comcast Business Global Advanced Solutions portfolio to their end-users (primarily enterprise and global enterprise customers) through education and consistent relationship building practices. This is an individual contributor quota bearing role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance.
The role will be virtual with 50% anticipated travel to partner sites primarily located in Northern/Southern California, Nevada and Arizona territories. Candidate must be comfortable with commuting and traveling to support channel partners in-person and reside in the west coast.

Core Responsibilities
Drives incremental monthly sales to meet or exceed budget objectives with 20-25 partners in a given market or region who are sub agents of a master agent or direct agents/partners.
Recruit, educate, train, and support the partner community to position the entire suite of Comcast Business and Comcast Business Global Advanced Solutions Portfolio.
Ensures consistent completion of product install by partnering with regions relative to survey, order acceptance, construction process and post-sale process.
Serves as main point of contact and liaison to channel partners with regards to any sales related issues.
Recruit new direct partners and master sub partners.
Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel and reporting via SalesForce.com.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Must be comfortable with up to 50% car and plane travel to partner sites in California, Arizona and Nevada; primarily within the greater California area.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of success in building strong relationships with indirect channel sales partners.
Proven ability to meet territory quota expectations and KPIs.
Strong foundational knowledge of telecom business solutions.

Salary:
Primary Location Pay Range: $91,520.00 - $171,600.00
Additional Range: This job can be performed in Washington with a Pay Range of $87,360.00 - $179,400.00
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Targeted Commission: $80,000
Our sales compensation programs offer the potential for significant upside above targeted earnings for those who overachieve their sales targets.
