In this role, you’ll provide top-tier customer support across multiple channels—phone, email, and Zoom calls—delivering exceptional customer experiences every step of the way. This is a customer-focused position where strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude are essential. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including retail, hospitality, administrative support, and other client-facing roles.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, giving you the flexibility and the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele. Duties and Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and Zoom call.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the root cause, and identifying effective solutions.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
Provide feedback to management to improve processes, services, and the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Technical Support, and Logistics.
Uphold customer satisfaction standards and meet or exceed service metrics.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
1+ years of experience in customer service, call center, help desk, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, web-based platforms, and customer service tools.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with remote customer service or working from home.
Bilingual (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems.
Prior experience in client-facing roles.
