Delta Vacations, a Delta Air Lines company, is seeking a Manager, Finance Process & Analytics. Responsible for partnering on business initiatives to deliver insightful financial analysis and actionable solutions that support enterprise-wide decision making; leading Finance process re-engineering and system development to support future-state business operations; and driving cross-divisional initiatives with Finance dependencies, ensuring alignment of Finance processes, systems, and technology with the overall Delta Vacations strategy. This role will join the Finance team, reporting directly to the Vice President, Finance and Controller.

WHAT ELSE WILL YOU BE DOING (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
Create financial analyses and economic models to support leadership decisions, evaluate business ventures, and assess the impact of industry trends on DLV's financial performance.
Redesign and align Finance processes with enterprise operations and future-state business and technology strategies.
Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance enterprise efficiency by collaborating with Finance and technical partners across Delta. Implement Robotic Process Automation opportunities throughout Delta Vacations organization to unlock efficiencies, in partnership with Delta Robotic Process Automation team and business units.
Provide guidance and documentation for Finance-related initiatives, including impact analysis, functional design, testing and training. Ensure changes are well-integrated across affected business areas and aligned with user needs and technology capabilities.
Provide coaching and mentoring to support team development and performance.
This full-time position is located at Delta Vacations Headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. SALARY
64,178 - 110,562 annually
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta, Georgia
POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE
Full-Time, Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Candidates for this position must have a Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required; Business, Economics, Math or Engineering majors preferred.
Four years of experience in financial analysis including financial modeling.
Three years of management experience.
Strong greenfield financial modeling skills, track record of balancing multiple initiatives, and identifying process improvement.
Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
