Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter who will specialize in supporting a key client's business needs, with the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This is a W2 near-site contract role with potential quarterly travel to one of the client's three manufacturing locations in Northern Wisconsin. We're seeking a recruiter with experience hiring within the manufacturing industry.

Required

Industry: 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree

Organization: Talent Solutions RPO

Salary: up to $30/hr.
