Pay Rate:$17.00/hr

**Hours: 8:00am - 4:45pm Mon-Fri (OT available)

What's a typical day as Manufacturing Team Lead/Trainer? You'll be:**

Assisting in the development of technical training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and e-learning courses.

Delivering engaging training sessions to manufacturing, warehouse, and quality personnel.

Supporting live training sessions and monitoring their effectiveness while collecting feedback for continuous improvement.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have hands-on manufacturing experience and a working knowledge of manufacturing process flow.

Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

Are an active listener, attentive to understanding potential training gaps and opportunities.
