As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a food and beverage location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. This position requires driving as part of your daily duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a food and beverage production environment.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure atmosphere for employees and guests.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity.
Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with site and Allied Universal protocols.
What We're Looking For:
Availability across various days and shifts
Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
