Description We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Coral Gables, Florida. In this position, you will play a key role in managing financial processes and ensuring the accuracy of accounting records. Responsibilities:

Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring compliance with U.S. accounting standards and company policies.

Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including the creation of schedules and reconciliations.

Process financial data accurately in accounting systems while maintaining adherence to internal controls.

Reconcile accounts such as prepaids, accruals, and revenue to maintain accurate financial reporting.

Support audit and review processes by providing necessary documentation and analysis.

Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and contribute to special projects to support decision-making.

Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes with precision and efficiency.

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve accounting procedures. Requirements

Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and journal entry preparation.

Expertise in performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Proficiency in accounting systems and tools, with a focus on data accuracy.

Familiarity with U.S. accounting standards and internal controls.

Ability to support audits and financial reviews through detailed analysis and documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to financial projects.
