This Administrative Assistant III will be supporting a global team and Sr Project Managers and 2-3 Project Leaders along with 40 team members.Experience working in a corporate environment is critical in this role.

Long term contract

Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm

Pay $37 per hour (and up DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements.

Maintain and organize files, databases, and records in compliance with company standards.

Process invoices, expense reports, and procurement requests.

Support various project/workshop/event needs, document control, and compliance reporting.

Assist with onboarding and general administrative support for staff.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Experience with SAP is a plus.

Experience with international travel is a plus

Willingness to learn new software applications.

Strong communication skills and professional etiquette are critical.
