Pay: $16-17/hr.

8:30am - 4:30pm Mon - Thurs and Friday leave early 2:30 or 3pm

What's a typical day as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Greeting visitors and answering phones to provide outstanding front desk service.

Assisting with data entry, filing, and general administrative support.

Calling on past due invoices and assisting with accounts payable tasks.

Entering and verifying deposits, printing service tickets, and maintaining workers compensation files.

Logging stock materials and maintaining tax exempt paperwork.

Supporting Margot with additional clerical projects as assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have great computer skills

Are friendly, organized, and enjoy helping others.

Have previous experience with administrative or clerical tasks (preferred).

Are able to cross-train quickly and efficiently.

Can work Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-2:30/3pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Are comfortable with business casual attire.
