Description

We are looking for a skilled Office Manager to join our team in St Louis Park, Minnesota. In this role, you will oversee office operations, provide administrative support, and ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities. This is a long-term part-time contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment within the real estate and property industry.

Hours: M-F 10AM - 3PM

Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, including overseeing building maintenance and vendor relationships.

Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and technology needs are addressed.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office staff, including handling confidential information.

Coordinate reservations for dinners and hotels as needed.

Assist with billing, expense reporting, and invoice management, utilizing tools such as Concur.

Support the accounting team with daily tasks and collaborate with the legal team on compliance training.

Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

Plan and organize company events to enhance workplace engagement.

Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment for the team.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant.

Strong technology skills with the ability to adapt to new systems.

Familiarity with accounts payable processes and expense reporting tools.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience in event planning and coordination.

Notary certification or willingness to obtain it is a plus.
