We're seeking an innovative Finance Manager who will drive financial excellence for Prime Video's marketing initiatives. Key job responsibilities

Develop cost-effective marketing campaign strategies that maximize audience engagement and financial efficiency Lead strategic budget forecasting and planning across quarterly and annual cycles Design and implement financial systems that enhance controllership and spending transparency

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and execute innovative cost optimization initiatives

Provide nuanced financial insights that support bold marketing strategies

Your day will blend analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, ensuring our marketing efforts are both impactful and financially intelligent.

About the team

Our finance team is the strategic backbone of Prime Video's global marketing efforts. We collaborate with diverse professionals-marketers, data scientists, economists, and engineers-to optimize investment strategies and uncover cost-efficient opportunities. We're not just number crunchers; we're strategic partners driving the future of entertainment marketing.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience

4+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)

Preferred Qualifications

6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience

6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience

MBA, or CPA

Knowledge of SQL/ETL

Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
