Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring all administrative and financial processes run efficiently.

Partner closely with the Executive Director to align organizational goals with operational strategies.

Oversee the planning and execution of events, conventions, and member convenings to maintain high-quality experiences.

Implement and refine operational systems to support organizational continuity and growth.

Monitor financial activities, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with organizational policies.

Enhance capacity-building initiatives to optimize team performance and resource allocation.

Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to strengthen operational infrastructure.

Maintain high standards of performance and functionality during transitional periods.

Ensure member services are delivered effectively and consistently.

Requirements - Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on administrative and financial oversight.

Strong capacity-building skills to enhance team performance and organizational efficiency.

Demonstrated ability to manage events and conventions, ensuring smooth execution.

Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with operational systems and processes, with the ability to implement improvements.

Solid financial management expertise, including budgeting and compliance.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain stability during transitions.
