Contract Recruiter - Banking Industry (EST Time Zone)

Location: Remote (Must sit in EST)

Type: W2 Contract (6+ months)

Are you a high-volume recruiter with banking experience? Talent Solutions RPO is hiring a Contract Recruiter to support a key client. You'll connect top talent to meaningful roles, manage full-cycle recruiting, and deliver exceptional service to candidates and clients.

What You'll Do:

Recruit for roles like Branch Managers, Personal Bankers, and Tellers

Manage 20-30 requisitions with a monthly fill target of 20+ Build strong candidate pipelines and client relationships

Provide expert guidance on market trends and hiring strategies

What You Bring:

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting in retail banking

Strong communication, organization, and tech skills

Experience with Workday (preferred)

High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus
