We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Agricultural Solutions team based in Tifton, GA.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the physical logistics and fulfillment activities at the Tifton Distribution Center to efficiently utilize warehouse resources. You will provide support for Sparks production activities by ensuring that required delivery timelines are maintained. Additionally, you will ensure that warehouse resources are utilized effectively to maintain a balanced workload and efficient physical workflows.

Providing an open-door atmosphere to foster an inclusive environment while maintaining strict adherence to BASF policies and procedures.

Interacting with internal and external customers to efficiently deliver required services and reviewing paperwork for accuracy.

Prioritizing workload and planning logistics activities to ensure efficiency in warehouse operations.

Researching inventory discrepancies and non-conformances, taking corrective actions, and assisting in inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

Ensuring compliance with DOT, IMDG, IATA, and BASF regulatory requirements for outbound activities and hazardous waste materials.

Promoting BASF's Safety First culture by addressing safety concerns, leading investigations, and serving as the primary contact for Non-Conformance Investigations.

If you...

Have a High School diploma or GED (required) and eight years of experience in a warehouse supervisory position or related supervisory activitiesORhold a Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field and five years of experience in a warehouse supervisory position or related supervisory activities.

Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Demonstrate the ability to work within strict deadlines in a fast-paced technical environment.

Possess experience with SAP or a similar ERP system, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
