Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Murray, KY

Pay Range: $15.30 per hour

Shift: Second

What's the Job?

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and productively in accordance with operational standards and supervisor instructions.

Handle the loading and unloading of raw goods and finished products as needed.

Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety policies and practices.

Perform operations assignments as directed by the supervisor.

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

Ability to follow safety protocols and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
