A WELL ESTABLISHED COLLECTIONS AGENCY WITHIN THE SALT LAKE CITY AREA IS HIRING FOR ENGLISH OR BILINGUAL ENTRY LEVEL COLLECTIONS REPS WHO ARE INTERESTED IN LEARNING MORE ABOUT THE FIELD AND WANTING TO GAIN GOOD EXPERIENCE GOING FORWARD

This is an Onsite/In-Person Role within West Valley City!

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri either 8-5 or 9-6 with a rotating Saturday twice a month

Start Date: 2-Weeks post offer

3-4 Weeks of Training!

Job Description:

Taking 20-30 inbound calls on a busy day, helping set up payment plans for members to pay down bills before they would need to get sent to further collections

After 90 days if there is no payment set up or paid down for a bill, it will automatically get sent to for you to handle.

The goal of this collections representative is to help with the early part of the billing process (whether that is taking full payments or it's setting up payment plans).

It is the softest form of "collections" it gets.

There will occasionally be outbound calls to customers who have bills due, but there will be more inbound calls than anything, and outbound calls are "warm" and only necessary when inbound calls slow down from a volume standpoint

Additional Qualifications

-Is comfortable using dual monitors and multi-tasking (talking up on the phone and taking notes in internal systems at the same time)

-Needs to have strong attendance, and punctuality.

-Express prides themselves in being customer service oriented and their willingness to work with their customers.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
