Technical Project Manager - NYC

Job Description

A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required, Master Degree or MBA or other advanced

degree is preferred.

Demonstrated success in the management of large, complex, highly interrelated programs /

projects is required.

Ability to liaise and align with partners and third-party vendors

Demonstrated analytical skills including understanding of financial principles, data

interpretation and how to leverage this knowledge to make sound business decisions and/or

recommendations is required.

Leadership experience with collaborating, networking and influencing in a matrix organization

is required.

Ability to act as a change agent and adapt to changing business and organizational

dynamics is required.

Thorough knowledge of the consumer healthcare industry or relevant experience in industry

preferred.

Ability to collaborate, shape and influence key stakeholders and cross-functional leadership

in a matrix organization is required.

Ability to manage high levels of ambiguity and risk required.

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and facilitation skills are required.

Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management and lead discussions without

line authority to create alignment of senior cross-functional stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically and deliver results required.

This role follows a hybrid model with a minimum of four days per week in the New York City

office.

Skills and Requirements

Mid-level relevant business experience with cross-functional experience, for

example, but not limited to R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing or Finance is

required.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in portfolio / project management is required.

Payment Platform experience and general payment industry acumen preferred

Demonstrated experience using PM tools to manage the project portfolio preferred.

Experience in Process Excellence/Six Sigma/Lean methodologies preferred. - PMP/Scrum Agile certification and / or other industry and project management certification is

preferred. null
