Transdev in Vallejo, Ca. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

Competitive compensation package of minimum of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Benefits include:
Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information and redirecting to supervisor.
Comprehensive understanding of policies abd procedures.
Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
Document trips authorizations and details transportation @type, pick up times, appointment times and addresses.
Handle cash
Generaing Reports as needed.
Maintaining accurate, orderly ad up to date records for all administrative tasks.
Sell transit passes for various transportation fares.
Other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
Computer literate
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate standard telephone system.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not
authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
Physical Requirements:
The essential functions of this position require the ability to:
Work outside in varying temperature, weather, and humidity conditions-100% of the job is performed outside, work alone and in remote locations.
Sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces.
Push and pull objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
