As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. You will interact with individuals on site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while remaining visible and approachable. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle and/or on foot. What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to deter unauthorized access.
Support emergency preparedness and response efforts as directed by site-specific protocols.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for positions that involve driving, in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
