Position: Administrative Assistant I

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Charlotte NC 28206

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant I to support our team with daily administrative tasks. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for coordinating administrative workflows, handling vendor communication, and managing documentation within our systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the team and management.

Create and process purchase orders, payment orders, and related documentation.

Communicate with vendors and ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.

Maintain accurate records and files in compliance with company standards.

Run administrative tasks and transactions within SAP Business One .

Support reporting activities and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications

Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred.

Portuguese language proficiency preferred (written and verbal).

Strong knowledge of SAP Business One for administrative and order management tasks.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Hands-on, proactive profile with a problem-solving mindset.

Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time role, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM .
