Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support, including triage and distribute messages, mail and tasks to the appropriate staff and/or department.

Pay Rate: $19.23/hour

Responsibilities

Provides general administrative support.

Monitors visitor access by using a sign-in sheet in accordance with Dept. of Health security requirements. Scan/log sign in sheet information daily.

Identifies and manages waiting clients that are in need of attention and acts as a liasion between the clinical area and waiting room.

Triage and distribute messages, mail, and tasks to the appropriate staff and/or department.

Checks forms daily to see if forms are low and replenishes if needed.

Completes tasks as assigned in ticketing system, following up, a nd resolving assigned tickets. Assists Operations staff in monitoring ticketing board and forwarding tickets to the appropriate program/depts.

Wipes down counters, chairs, and glass surfaces in Reception daily.

Keeps Reception area and supply cabinets organized.

Demonstrates working knowledge of Circare safety and evacuation plans, policies and procedures.

Reports all building issues so issues can be resolved.

Maintains supply/first aide inventory and orders as nessary.

Completes projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Minimum of HS Diploma or equivalent.

Multilingual a plus
