Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Calabasas, California. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations by performing a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, meticulous, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate parties, providing excellent customer service.

Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records and databases.

Assist with general office administrative duties, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling receptionist duties with care and efficiency.

Support team members by organizing and maintaining office supplies and documentation.

Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed.

Process and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Strong ability to answer inbound calls and manage phone systems effectively.

Proficiency in performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Familiarity with general administrative office procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for receptionist duties.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. TalentMatch®
