Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join a dynamic team at a renowned distribution center known for manufacturing bearings and power transmission parts. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving inbound freight, processing and shipping outbound orders, and performing light assembly tasks. This position requires maintaining an accurate inventory and ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operational warehouse tasks such as loading and unloading materials, picking, packing, and shipping orders, and utilizing handheld tools.

Complete accurate data entry using multiple computer systems and programs.

Operate material handling machinery including pallet jacks, pallet wrappers, scales, and forklifts.

Stock and move materials correctly throughout the warehouse.

Maintain accurate data inventory by assisting with cycle counts and physical inventory.

Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Essential Skills

6+ months of warehouse experience.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Experience with forklifts, inventory, picking, packing, RF scanners, and material handling.

Proficiency in using pallet jacks and unloading, shipping, and receiving.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to use basic hand tools.

Any forklift operating experience is a plus.

Work Environment

Work the 1st shift from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, in a smaller shop setting with 10-12 people. Enjoy a consistent work schedule with little to no overtime, ensuring a work-life balance. Pay starts at $20/hr.

This is a e position based out of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
