Overview
The position of Warehouse Specialist must perform all essential duties and responsibilities listed below in a timely, safe and professional manner while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
Supports pre/mail clearance through various tasks, including (but not limited to): pre-verification, MCIS entry, strapping, presenting completed mail with statements, monitoring, and maintaining daily mail schedule and staging completed mail.
Supports material handling processes by: providing necessary equipment/inventory to the production area, monitoring job tickets and sample boards, and monitoring daily production schedule
Adheres to policies and guidelines pertaining to confidentiality, security, safety, and professional conduct
Ensures proper and safe removal of all waste/recycle materials
Identifies and tracks inventory overs
Maintains clean and safe work area
Creates pulls for required inventory for all production
May assist distribution management in ensuring the safe and efficient operations in the distribution department
May communicate with production managers of daily priorities Knowledge & Skills
Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Able to maintain positive, professional demeanor at all times
Able to perform and understand basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
Able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, procedure manuals, simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Able to use hand held measuring devices and tools
Able to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environment
Able to work independently and/or with team oriented environment
Able to write simple correspondence
Experience using warehouse computer applications
Must have mechanical aptitude
Work involves frequent sitting, standing, light lifting (up to 65 lbs)
Regularly required to move about the facility
Must have good vision and good hand-eye coordination
Duties & Responsibilities
Remove all material from the production floor marked as overstock, count, and place material in its designated warehouse location
Complete all material transfers requested by the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor
Empty and replace the bailer and recycling gaylords as necessary
Replenish copy paper in the Data Center when necessary
Keep the Production area in a neat and orderly fashion free from all garbage and debris
Help out in all other areas of the lettershop when necessary Technical Requirements
Able to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, procedure manuals, simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

Requires 0-1 years of related experience in a fast paced production environment
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from supervisors and coworkers.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists

Compensation Range: $19.09 - $24.09 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
