Operations Management Development Program (OMDP)

International's Operations Management Development Program is a 2-year rotational program where you will engage in a series of well-structured 6-month rotations across key departments such as: engineering, production, program management, quality, materials management, purchasing, and supply chain/logistics.
These diverse assignments will provide you with an in-depth understanding of our business operations and enable you to develop a holistic perspective on the commercial vehicle industry.
Ability to travel up to 30% and rotation flexibility is an important component of our OMDP Program, as rotation assignments could include opportunities at International facilities in Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Alabama or elsewhere in the US.

Responsibilities

Mentorship and Executive Sponsorship: Throughout the program, you will be paired with experienced mentors and an Executive Sponsor, who will provide guidance, support, and valuable insights into their respective areas of expertise. These mentors will serve as your trusted advisors, helping you navigate challenges, make informed career decisions, and unlock your full potential.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Transportation, Logistics, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical)
OR
Bachelor's Degree in progress in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Transportation, Logistics, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical)
Additional Requirements
Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
