We are currently looking for the best talent to join our team as a Director, MedTech Supply Chain Communications. This position has a preferred location of New Brunswick, NJ, or Raritan, NJ but consideration will be given to the Jacksonville, FL; Irvine, CA; Raynham, MA office locations.
Purpose
As the Director, MedTech Supply Chain Communications, this role will play a critical role in driving communication strategies for the supply chain function of our global MedTech business. This position joins a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead the development of supply chain-related communications to help protect and enhance company reputation.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Director, MedTech Function Communications and Public Affairs, this role will develop and implement communications and change management strategies to drive the MedTech Supply Chain organization's top priorities. This will include, but not limited to:
Drive the development and implementation of strategic communications for the MedTech Supply Chain organization, in alignment with MedTech business priorities.
Lead organizational and internal communications for the MedTech Supply Chain organization including content development for town halls, employee engagement forums and other key internal meetings, working in close partnership with internal and external partners.
Direct and facilitate crucial communications for critical change programs in support of business priorities.
Partner closely with our VP, MedTech Supply Chain on high value speaking engagements and external communications.
Liaise with Business and Communications leaders to identify supply chain-related communication opportunities and lead operational issues
Work closely with business unit supply chain communication partners to elevate and amplify key operational achievements and stories across J&J MedTech.
Lead a small high performing team and agency resources in support of day-to-day supply chain operations and critical initiatives.
Define and report meaningful metrics on the impact of change management and critical communications efforts.
Supervise the competitive landscape for supply chain-related issues and advancements as well as potential risk and policy actions.
Compete in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery of all communication materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
Consistent record of at least 10 years in a communications or public relations role, preferably in the healthcare, MedTech, or technology industry.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful messages for different audiences.
Strong understanding of the healthcare and technology landscapes and the ability to translate sophisticated concepts into compelling communications.
Strong project management skills and the ability to optimally prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, encouraging a cooperative work environment.
Self-motivated, with a passion for driving innovation and positive change in the healthcare industry.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
The base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850 USD.
