Position Overview
The Supply Chain Analyst plays a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you'll guide analysts, support replenishment strategies, and develop reporting that helps leaders make smart decisions. You'll work closely with our SVP, VPs, Directors, Managers, and operators to understand the needs of the business and bring forward solutions.
As a super-user of our supply chain tools and systems, you'll transform data into clear, actionable PowerBI reports that highlight insights, recommendations, and timely alerts. By doing so, you'll ensure that Burlington's Supply Chain has the right information at the right time to stay productive, efficient, and ahead of the curve.
A Day In The Life
Business Acumen: Responsible for providing area-specific data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary PowerBI dashboards and reporting.
SME: Must possess a strong understanding of the business to provide effective solutions that meet the customer's needs and the ability to drive a concept from vision to completion with limited direction.
Business Intelligence: Create, produce and generate weekly Supply Chain reporting packages, inclusive of insights from inventory pre-receiving to Shipping including Logistics.
Analytics: Create and produce analytical tools and solutions for complex problems that arise in DC Ops. Create tools that provide recommendations and alerts.
Support Ad Hoc reporting and analysis for various business needs.
Cross functional relationship management: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with internal partners: Supply Chain, IT, and Business Architecture to build effective reporting and analytical tools and dashboards.
Project management: Will be managing 2-3 Analytics Programs/projects requiring multi-functional team management, simultaneously.

You'll Come With
2-3 years of experience of Manhattan, Blue Yonder (former JDA), Oracle, or SAP Supply Chain System Management
Bachelor's in Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related field
1 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
Proficient in business intelligence reporting tools (PowerBI, SQL, Python, and other Data analyses and reporting tools)
Ability to handle 2 -4 tasks simultaneously, project design, end-to-end delivery, and/or management skills
Proficient in SQL wiring and Power BI tools like PowerBI Analytics, Power Automate, and others
Deeper working knowledge of Oracle, NoSQL, R and R Shiny, MS SharePoint is a plus
